Reflections from India: Resilience

August 14, 2018

It’s 6:00 am in Deli, India. Everyone is getting up and getting ready for work. Today is India’s Independence Day. There so so much here. It is culturally very profound for me. I’ve been to several other countries but never the country of India. I’m here, getting ready to embark on a 5-week yoga

certification with the Somanada Tantra School.

What stands out for me here is the resilience. Today’s message from me is about resilience. What does our internal, emotional,

mental and spiritual resilience look like? I thought I was coming in here resilient, but I have no clue what resilience is. I have arrived, and I have got a lot of work ahead of me. I can feel the sacredness and the spiritual mindedness here.

Where do you find your resilience? What does your resilience look like? Have you bumped up against it? Do you know what he or she looks like within you? How do you show that resilience in your mind, in your spirit, in your body, and in your thought?

Tonight, before you go to bed look deep into your soul and say thank you to your resilience.
